    With a background spanning technology, operations, and leadership, I have successfully delivered change & improvement across multiple industries; leading transformation efforts, improving delivery processes, and enabling teams to work smarter. My approach combines strategic insight, structured problem-solving, and empathetic leadership, ensuring that both business goals and people’s needs are met.

    I’ve worked across a range of industries, including digital agencies, fintech, SaaS platforms, manufacturing and public sector organisations.
